“Very smooth with an excellent balance of oak and floral flavor that can be fully appreciated neat or mixed with ice and water, it's also excellent with long drinks.”

TASTING NOTES
This skillfully crafted cognac is a blend of several crus with a perfect balance between Fins Bois, Grande and Petite Champagnes at the peak of their aromatic potential.
Peach, Toasted Almonds, Jasmine
When the cognac is distilled and aged, it begins to conjure the soft, luscious aroma of ripe peach.
After several years in our French fine-grained oak barrels, the spirit develops nutty notes and ages to produce a sweet, caramelized flavor resembling that of toasted almonds.
The distillation on the lees is a complex and meticulous process but it gives fruity and musk notes, evoking jasmine aroma.

Courvoisier® VS Cognac is a blend of several crus aged between three and seven years (four to eight for Russia), composed principally of Fins Bois with a balancing hand of Petite Champagne.

TASTING NOTES
The fusion of younger and older cognacs gives Courvoisier®VS a fruity, delicate taste and a bouquet filled with ripe fruit and spring flowers.
The chalky soil in Fins Bois delivers a hint of ripened fruits that is its signature aroma.
Inhale deeply for the bouquet of spring flowers, which is a hallmark of grapes harvested at their peak from the Fins Bois crus.
The rich, fresh oak bouquet is controlled throughout the aging process to make sure it doesn’t dominate the young cognac.
